Terms of Service

Effective October 28, 2026. Buyer Sidekick LLC ("Buyer Sidekick") provides marketing and appointment-setting services to independent HVAC companies. Individual buyer agreements govern each business relationship; these terms describe the service as offered on this site.

The service

We find homeowners who request a furnace or AC replacement estimate, screen them, confirm each appointment by phone, and book it onto the buyer's calendar. We work with one HVAC company per service area.

Pricing

• $250 per shown appointment, or $150 per shown appointment plus $400 when the buyer closes a job over $5,000.
• "Shown" means the buyer's technician is in the home with the homeowner.
• No-shows are never billed. A no-show receives one free reschedule; a second no-show is not billed.
• Invalid leads (for example: renter, wrong address, outside the service area, duplicate, or a homeowner who never agreed) are credited. The first two invalid leads each month are credited with no questions asked.

Outcome reporting and billing

The buyer reports each appointment's outcome within 24 hours. Appointments not reported within 48 hours are billed as shown. Founding partners receive a six-month price lock in exchange for a testimonial.

No contract; pausing

There is no long-term contract. Either side may pause the service on 7 days' notice. The buyer sets a weekly appointment cap.

Not an HVAC company

Buyer Sidekick connects homeowners with independent local HVAC companies. We are not an HVAC company, we perform no home services, and we make no representations about any company's work, pricing, or licensing.
