Effective October 28, 2026. Buyer Sidekick LLC ("Buyer Sidekick," "we") operates buyersidekick.com. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- From homeowners who submit our form: name, phone number, email, home address or service area, and details about their heating and cooling system (type, age, condition, timeline).
- From businesses: contact details for the firm and the people we email or speak with.
- Consent records: when a form is submitted, we keep a record of the consent wording shown, the date and time, and the page it was submitted from.
How we use it
Homeowner information is used for one purpose: booking that homeowner's requested estimate with the single HVAC company serving their area. Business contact information is used to offer and deliver our appointment service.
Service providers
We use service providers to run our email, phone service, website hosting, and advertising. They process information only on our behalf and only to provide those services; they may not use it for their own purposes. Using a service provider is not a sale of your information, and it is not sharing with another company.
What we never do
- We never sell homeowner information.
- We never share a homeowner's information with more than the one company matched to their area.
- We never store payment card numbers or government ID numbers.
Contact and opt-out
Reply STOP to any text, or "stop" to any email, and we will not contact you again. To ask what information we hold about you or to have it deleted, contact us at ramzi@buyersidekick.com or (319) 381-3582.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
